Q: How do I order products online?

If you do not have an account, you can set one up with a Lantheus Customer Service representative at (800) 299-3431.

Q: What is the standard shipment method for radioactive products?

A: Please call Customer Service at 1-800-299-3431 for specific logistics on radioactive products

Q: What is the cut-off time for cancelling/changing an order?

A: 3:00 pm Eastern Time except for Generators.

Q: Can you customize my shipment to come directly to my department?

A: Yes. Special shipping instructions may be requested on all orders.

Q: How do I get a Drug Sample Card?

A: A Drug Sample Card can be requested through your Sales Representative.

Q: How do I return a product in the U.S.?

A: Call your Customer Service Representative at 1-800-299-3431. You will receive a return authorization number that MUST accompany all returns. Please have the following information available when you call:

  • Customer Number
  • Name of Institution
  • Contact name & telephone number
  • Lot & Serial number
  • Reason for return
