“Know someone’s health is in our hands” is a core Lantheus value. It is a way of acting that extends beyond the walls of our offices, research labs and manufacturing suites. See how our employees united throughout 2025 to support causes that fight disease, promote wellness and strengthen our local communities.
Fighting Alzheimer’s disease
This year, we hosted our record-breaking 30th Annual Charity Golf Tournament, raising over $200,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association MA/NH Chapter, and served as Promise Garden Sponsor for the Greater Boston Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Employees and partners joined patient advocates to fundraise for innovative research, early detection programs and patient support services while honoring loved ones impacted by the disease.
Alzheimer’s touches so many lives, and our efforts reflect a deep commitment to providing innovative options that support earlier detection. Every step and every swing matters.

Promoting heart health
In October, team Lantheus joined thousands at the American Heart Association Boston Heart Walk, raising $67,000 toward heart disease and stroke prevention. Our VP of Corporate Communications, Linda Lennox, served as Chair of the 2025 Heart Walk, leading a campaign focused on CPR education and heart health awareness.
Heart health is a cause that is deeply personal to me, and it is why I am so proud that team Lantheus continues to step up for this event. Our participation reflects our belief that knowledge and action can make a difference in the community.
Advancing prostate cancer awareness
Across the country, Lantheus supported several prostate cancer awareness efforts and encouraged men to take action. Team Lantheus were active participants in ZERO Prostate Cancer Walks around the U.S. We also saw our friend Eric, a prostate cancer survivor and patient advocate, take on Mount Kilimanjaro as part of the inaugural ZERO Peaks Challenge, a powerful reminder that together, we can reach new heights in improving outcomes for this disease. On the advocacy front, we joined partners at the Michigan Men’s Health Foundation event at Ford Field, and supported the PHEN Disparity Summit, showing what’s possible when providers, advocates and partners come together to drive real change for patients.
Seeing the dedication of these advocates, whether they’re taking on a mountain or simply showing up for the prostate cancer community every day, inspires our work to go further for patients and families affected by prostate cancer.
Supporting local communities
Lantheus employees had a busy year of giving back. Our team donated essentials to women’s shelters, shared artwork with local hospitals and organized a toy drive for the Bedford Fire Department and Union County, New Jersey, as well as delivered personal care items and nonperishable food to the Greater Boston Food Bank, The Open Pantry of Greater Lowell, Middlesex Community College Food Pantry, Community FoodBank of New Jersey and Berliner Tafel (Berlin, Germany). These efforts provided self-care, nourishment and joy to those who need it most.
Supporting both national health causes and local community needs, team Lantheus had a purpose-driven 2025. As we reflect on our charitable actions, we are reminded that small, thoughtful acts can make a large impact for our people, our partners and the communities we serve.

Meet Kara L., Customer Experience
“Exciting!” That’s the word Kara uses to describe her journey at Lantheus. Starting her career in animal health pharmaceuticals, Kara’s passion for helping people led her to the oncology field and, ultimately, to Lantheus. Inspired by the company’s culture and commitment to innovation, Kara is advancing our customer experience offering, an area few in the industry prioritize, helping Lantheus to go further.
Lantheus cares about its patients. At the end of the day, that’s what matters most to us: having an impact on people’s lives.
Success looks different each day
As a leader on our Customer Experience team, Kara’s day starts early, balancing family life and the unpredictable demands of healthcare. Her team’s work behind the scenes directly impacts patients, minimizing disruptions and ensuring timely care. This, as Kara calls it, is “white-glove” service purpose-built for the challenges of radiopharmaceutical distribution.
Driven by purpose, focused on impact
Walks and family time at the Jersey Shore keep Kara fresh and recharged. However, her greatest motivation is knowing there’s a patient behind every dose delivered. While success isn’t always defined the same way, Kara’s guiding principle remains constant: doing whatever it takes to ensure people receive their dose when expected.
Customer Experience isn’t just a role, it’s a commitment. You need passion to do a job like this. It’s not for everyone, but if you have that drive to truly care, to go the extra mile for someone else’s peace of mind, you’ll feel fulfilled.
Powering the future of customer excellence
Since its inception, the Customer Experience team has more than doubled in size, and Kara anticipates further growth as Lantheus expands into neurology and therapeutics. While technologies like AI are shaping the future, she remains committed to preserving the personal touch that defines her team’s success.
Strong relationships, built on trust and open communication, are critical components of the customer experience function and remain central to Lantheus’ leadership in radiopharmaceuticals. With employees like Kara continuing to lead with compassion and humanity, we will not lose sight of what matters most–doing good for our people, our customers and the patients we serve.
Lantheus’ name and shield are more than just symbols; they embody our identity and reinforce our commitment to innovation and improving patient outcomes. While the name Lantheus may be synonymous with radiopharmaceutical leadership, what exactly does “Lantheus” mean and what is the story behind our shield?
A name for clarity and strength
The name Lantheus is a fusion of “Lanthorn,” an old English word for lantern, and “Zeus,” the king of the Greek gods. This unique combination symbolizes our efforts to uncover and combat disease with clarity and strength while reinforcing our dedication to pioneering innovative radiodiagnostic and radiotherapeutic solutions.
A symbol of commitment and care
The Lantheus shield is a visual representation of our commitment to innovation and patient care, with each section of the shield reflecting a piece of our purpose to Find, Fight and Follow® disease. It is a reminder to all of team Lantheus that someone’s health is in our hands and pushes us to go further for the patients we serve.
As we evolve and grow as the leading radiopharmaceutical-focused company, we remain grounded by the meaning of our name and logo that embody our actions and purpose.
