Lantheus Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates (“Lantheus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and what choices and rights you may have.
This Notice gives a general overview of our privacy practices. Some Lantheus services, products, studies, and support programs may have their own privacy notices. If they do, those notices will also apply.
Scope of this notice
This Notice applies when you interact with Lantheus in your personal or household role. This includes when you visit our websites, contact us, sign up for updates, join a program, attend an event, report a product issue, or ask for support.
This Notice does not apply to personal information we collect about current or former employees, job applicants, contractors, or dependents in the employment context. It also does not apply to information collected in a clinical trial or research study that is subject to the Common Rule (45 CFR 46), to deidentified information, or to information covered by another notice given at the time of collection.
The categories of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with us and may include the following:

Sources of personal information
We may collect personal information from you, from your device when you use our websites or services, from healthcare professionals or healthcare facilities, from vendors and business partners, from public sources, from social media if you choose to interact with us there, and from other third parties when the law allows it.
How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- Run and improve our websites, products, services, and programs.
- Answer your questions and provide support.
- Manage registrations, subscriptions, and events.
- Understand how people use our websites and services.
- Protect our systems, business, users, and the public.
- Prevent fraud, misuse, and security problems.
- Meet legal, safety, and reporting duties, including product safety and quality reporting.
- Enforce our terms and protect our legal rights.
- Support business deals such as mergers, sales, or reorganizations.
- Use information for other reasons we explain at the time of collection, or with your consent when the law requires it.
How we disclose personal information
We may share personal information with:
- Companies in the Lantheus family.
- Vendors and service providers that help us run our business, such as website, support, mailing, event, data, IT, compliance, and security providers.
- Healthcare professionals, healthcare facilities, patient support providers, reimbursement support providers, research or program partners, and others who help us provide services or handle safety matters.
- Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, consultants, and insurers.
- Courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other government bodies when the law requires it or when needed to protect rights, safety, or security.
- Parties involved in a business deal, such as a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of assets.
- Other parties when you ask us to or when you give consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless our cookie or similar technology practices say otherwise and the law allows it.
Retention of personal information
We keep personal information only as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes described in this Notice. We may also keep it longer to meet legal, tax, accounting, safety, or recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes, or protect our rights. Security
We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices and privacy rights
Your privacy rights depend on where you live and how you interact with us. Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to know what personal information we collected about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy of it, or ask us to limit certain uses. You may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, certain profiling, or some other uses. In some places, you may also have the right to appeal if we deny your request. California residents also have the right not to receive different treatment for using their privacy rights.
To use your privacy rights, contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below or use a privacy request method we make available. We may need to verify your identity before we act on your request. An authorized agent may make a request for you where the law allows. If the law requires it, we will explain how to appeal a denial. If we honor browser-based opt-out signals where required by law, we will do so for the rights that apply to that website or service.
International transfers
Lantheus may process personal information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we take steps designed to provide appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.
Children’s privacy
Our websites and services are usually not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children unless the law allows it for a specific program or safety matter. If you think a child gave us information by mistake, please contact us.
Cookies and similar technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar tools to run our websites, remember your settings, measure performance, improve features, and support security. You are able to manage these tools through a cookie banner, your browser settings, or other options we offer. For more details about our use of cookies and your rights, please see our Cookie Notice.
This section adds to the main Privacy Notice for California residents. If California law applies, you may have the right to know what personal information we collected about you, where we got it, why we use it, and who we share it with. You may also have the right to ask us to delete or correct your personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and ask us to limit some uses of sensitive personal information. California residents also have the right not to be treated unfairly for using their privacy rights.
If Lantheus sells or shares personal information or uses sensitive personal information in ways California law limits, we may need to offer extra notices and choice tools. These may include a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link, or a combined “Your Privacy Choices” link. We may also need to honor browser-based opt-out signals when the law requires it.

This section applies to people in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and the United Kingdom (“UK”) when those laws apply. In these places, Lantheus is the controller of your personal data unless we tell you otherwise when we collect it.
Why we use personal data
We use personal data only when the law allows us to. For example, we may use it to provide a service, meet a legal duty, protect someone’s vital interests, support a legitimate business need that does not override your rights, or when you give consent. If we use special category data, we follow the extra rules that apply.
Your rights in the EEA and UK
People in the EEA and UK may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of their personal data. They may also have the right to get a copy in a portable format. If we rely on consent, they may withdraw that consent at any time. They may also have rights about some automated decisions.
People in the EEA and UK also have the right to complain to their local data protection authority, or to the UK regulator, if they think we broke the law. We encourage people to contact us first so we can try to help. Our options for complaints are listed below.
International transfers
Personal data may be sent outside the EEA or UK. When that happens, we use safeguards required by law to help protect it.
This section adds to the main Privacy Notice for people covered by the Washington My Health My Data Act or the Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Law. It applies to Washington residents and others whose consumer health data is collected in Washington, and to Nevada residents, when they act in a personal or household context.
In this section, “consumer health data” means personal information linked, or reasonably linkable, to you that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status as defined by Washington or Nevada law. This may include information that clearly relates to health and, in some cases, information that can be used to infer health status.
Categories of consumer health data we may collect
- Information about a health condition, symptom, diagnosis, treatment, procedure, medicine, or outcome.
- Information about your use of, or interest in, healthcare products, services, programs, support, or medical information resources.
- Information about an adverse event, product complaint, safety question, medical question, reimbursement or access support, or patient assistance interaction.
- Certain biometric, genetic, reproductive, sexual health, or gender-affirming care information when it relates to an interaction and the law allows us to collect it.
- Precise location data or other data that could show an effort to get healthcare services or supplies, when collected and allowed by law.
- Inferences that may show a person’s health status.
Sources of consumer health data
We may collect consumer health data from you, from healthcare professionals or facilities, caregivers or support persons acting for you, vendors and business partners who help run our programs, public sources, and from websites, apps or digital tools when the law allows it and your choices permit it.
Why we collect and use consumer health data
We may use consumer health data to provide products, services, and support; answer safety, medical, and quality questions; run patient support, reimbursement, access, and education programs; communicate with you; improve our offerings; protect rights, safety, and security; meet legal duties; and for other reasons we explain at the time of collection or when you give consent, if the law requires it.
How we disclose consumer health data
We may share consumer health data with Lantheus companies, service providers and contractors, healthcare professionals or facilities, patient support or reimbursement providers, research or program partners, regulators, government bodies, advisors, parties in a business deal, and others when you direct us to do so, give consent, or the law allows it.
We do not sell consumer health data unless we first get any consent or authorization the law requires. We do not use geofencing around healthcare facilities in ways Washington law forbids.
Your consumer health data rights
Depending on the law and exceptions, you may have the right to ask if we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, access that data, withdraw consent, ask us to delete it, and appeal if we deny your request. To make a request, use the contact details below or any health data request method we offer.
If we deny your request, you may have the right to appeal. We will tell you how to do that in our response. If we deny your appeal, you may have the right to contact a regulator or attorney general. To appeal your denial or request more information, please contact privacy@lantheus.com.
Regulatory requirements
If you contact us regarding your experience with using any of our products, we may use the information you provide in submitting reports to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and as otherwise required of us by law or governmental audit. We may also use the information to contact your healthcare professional to follow up regarding an unexpected event involving the use of any one of our products. You understand that in order to comply with the law, Lantheus may not be permitted to comply with your request to amend or remove personally identifiable information that was provided to Lantheus by a healthcare professional or a consumer regarding an adverse event or reaction involving medicine, medical products or medical devices.
Law enforcement
In rare situations, we may be required by court order or other legal or regulatory process, or as otherwise required by law to divulge personally identifiable information to law enforcement authorities, the courts, or regulatory authorities. Lantheus will cooperate in responding to such requests, in accordance with the regulatory or legal process, and will take appropriate measures to ensure that the requester understands the sensitive nature of any health-related personally identifiable information they receive.
Additional information
This section does not apply to data that these laws do not cover, such as public information, deidentified data, and some information covered by other laws, including HIPAA, when those exemptions apply. Washington and Nevada laws are not identical, so we may apply this section differently when needed to follow each law.
